Let's Celebrate - Cheers and Sips

Welcome, crafty friends!

I'm so glad you're here! I've got a fun card to share today featuring the Cheers & Sips Bundle; with a splash of texture, a pop of color, and a whole lot of fun!

This card starts with a bright Strawberry Slush card base (seriously, can we talk about how gorgeous this color is?!). I first added a strip of Granny Apple Green Two-Toned cardstock, embossed with the Glass & Garden Embossing Folder. Then I lightly sanded the raised design to bring out that awesome texture. On top of that, I  layered a piece of pink polka dot Cheers & Sips Designer Series Paper for a fun, playful background.

Next up: details! I added a strip of Strawberry Slush Faux Linen Ribbon across the card front, then die-cut a 3" Basic White circle using the Stylish Shapes Dies and popped it up with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The drink glasses are fussy cut straight from the DSP (how cute are those little drinks?!), and I used the coordinating dies to add the adorable strawberry and lavender sprig.

The sentiment was stamped in Mossy Meadow and Strawberry Slush ink and layered on with more dimensionals for extra pop. The combination of textures, layers, and playful images makes this card perfect for birthdays, celebrations, or simply to send someone a smile.

Strawberry Slush card base: 5-1/2' x 8-1/2", scored at 4-1/4"

Basic White cardstock layer (inside): 4" x 5-1/4"

Granny Apple Green cardstock (embossed layer: 1-1/2" x 5-1/4"

Cheers & Sips DSP: (front layer) 3" x 4" (inside layer) 3/4" x 5-1/4"

Basic White Stylish Shapes Circle : 3"

Basic White cardstock (sentiment strip): 3/4" x 2-3/4"
