Coffee & a Card: With You In Mind

Hello and welcome! Today I'm excited to share the card we created during this week's live Coffee & a Card Class.  If you missed the live class, no worries, I've got the replay linked below so you can watch and craft along whenever you have time. Today's card features the With You in Mind stamp set, and the Toad Stool Garden Designer Series Paper (a Sale-A-Bration exclusive).  

The With You in Mind stamp set makes it easy to say thanks, offer words of encouragement, and say happy birthday.  You can use the sentiments on their own or make the small decorative shapes the focus of your paper craft.

Monday Morning Coffee and a Card - Wildly Flowering

 Happy Monday! Today, during our live Coffee and a Card Class, we created this adorable card using the Wildly Flowering Bundle.  If you missed it, you can watch the replay HERE!

The Wildflower images in this bundle are perfect for every occasion. Whether you're crafting a birthday card, a thank-you note, or something "just because," these designs fit the bill beautifully.

Our first card is simple yet elegant, allowing the sentiment to take center stage. Of course, it had to be finished with pearls and a checked bow. 

Next is a fun-fold gift card holder—say that three times fast! I love this Bundle's sweet flower die cuts; they add something extra to the card. 

Lastly, we have a simple, fun fold with lots of layers and a gold heat-embossed sentiment.

Our first project uses the Snowflake Sky embossing folder to create a beautiful background, and the circles from the Stylish shapes dies to create the card's focal point. 

For the second project, I used the smaller snowflake stamps to create a snowy background for the label and sentiment. This card came together so quickly!

This third project looks complicated, but it is surprisingly simple to make. I love how easy it is to create beautiful projects with this bundle!

Lastly, I layered several elements to create this card.  I love using different shades of blue for snowflake projects - the colors remind me of crisp, cool winter air.  It's the kind of weather I wish we had more of here in South Texas!

Paper Crafting Friday - Simply Zinnia

Hello everyone! Thank you for joining me yesterday for our Online Paper Crafting Class.  It’s been a while since we have had a class and I’ve missed you!  This week I used the Simply Zinnia bundle and DSP.  I love the designer paper that coordinates with this bundle.  It’s so bright and fun! So many possibilities!  Make sure to check back Monday, I’ll be sharing two additional projects using the Simply Zinna Suite of products.

My first card lets the Flowering Zinnia Designer Series Paper take the stage.  This is an easy card, and you can create 6 cards from this one sheet of 12x12 paper ~ of course you’d need to add the card bases 😂

The second card is a tad monochromatic, using only Melon Mambo and Real Red.  I used the large Zinnia stamp as the focal point of this card and layered it on a white background so the color of the image would pop. And that cute gingham bow, I just love it!

The last card is a bit more detailed. I colored the images with Stampin’ Write markers and heat embossed the sentiment.  

The thing I like the most about Zinnias is that they come in such a variety of colors, and they bloom from spring until the first winter frost. All the bright colors mixed together, it's just so happy!
