Painted Illusions Fun-Fold

Saturday, February 21, 2026

 Hi friend!

Today I am sharing the second card we created during Thursday’s live class. I think this is the easiest fun fold ever!

If you couldn’t join me live, you can always watch the replay here!

This card features February’s Product of the Month, Painted Illusions Designer Series Paper. The color combination in this paper is so pretty, and the designs are perfect for any occasion.

For this card, I started with a Pretty Peacock card base and layered a piece of the Painted Illusions DSP inside and onto the right flap.
I cut two pieces of Pretty Peacock cardstock to use as mats for the Basic White cardstock on the inside and outside of the card.
I used the January Product of the Month, Fabulous Sayings, to stamp the sentiment in Pretty Peacock ink. Then I popped the sentiment panel to the card front layer with Stampin' Dimensionals. This card is so easy to duplicate. I hope you give it a try.

Measurements & Details:
Pretty Peacock card base: 4-1/4" " x 8-1/4"", scored at 2-3/4"
Pretty Peacok (mat pieces): (2) 2-3/4" x 4-1/4"
Painted Illusions DSP: 4” x 5-1/4” & 2-1/2" x 4"
Basic White cardstock: (2) 2-1/2" x 4"

If you’d like to recreate this card, the Painted Illusions Designer Series Paper can be added to any $75 order for just $5.

I’ll also send you the Product of the Month Creative Inspiration PDF Tutorial free with any $75 order. It includes 12 projects created by six talented Stampin’ Up! demonstrators, all featuring this month’s product.

Painted Illusions and Rainbows

Friday, February 20, 2026

Hi friends!

Today I’m sharing one of the cards we created during this Thursday’s live card class. It was such a fun project to make together.  If you couldn’t join me live, you can always watch the replay here!

This card features February’s Product of the Month, Painted Illusions Designer Series Paper. Oooh my goodness... the colors and patterns in this paper are so beautiful. They work for so many different occasions, and I love how bold and artistic they feel.

For this card, I started with a Pretty Peacock card base and layered a piece of the Painted Illusions DSP right on the front. That paper really does most of the work for you.
Next, I took a piece of Basic White cardstock and used the Sunshine Vibes Dies to create the rainbow cut-out. I absolutely love how the colors from the DSP peek through the rainbow opening. It’s such a simple detail, but it makes the whole card feel special.
For the sentiment, I used January’s Product of the Month, Fabulous Sayings, and stamped it in Secret Sea ink just below the rainbow. A few Stampin’ Dimensionals gave the panel a little lift and finished it off perfectly.
This card reminds me of God’s promise in the rainbow, and every time I see it, I think of Philippians 4:13 — “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” There’s something so encouraging about combining creativity and faith. It’s just a sweet reminder that we’re never creating (or living) alone.

Measurements & Details:
Pretty Peacock card base: 8-1/2" x 5-1/2", scored at 4-1/4"
Painted Illusions DSP: 4” x 5-1/4”
Basic White cardstock (die-cut rainbow):3-3/4” x 5”
Basic White cardstock (inside layer):3-3/4” x 5”

If you’d like to recreate this card, the Painted Illusions Designer Series Paper can be added to any $75 order for just $5. And today is the last day for FREE Shipping, which makes it an even better time to grab your favorites.

I’ll also send you the Product of the Month Creative Inspiration PDF Tutorial free with any $75 order. It includes 12 projects created by six talented Stampin’ Up! demonstrators, all featuring this month’s product.

Live Card Class: Filled with Fun

Friday, October 25, 2024

Hello Friends! Thanks for stopping by! This week, I hosted a Live class on Facebook and YouTube featuring the Filled with Fun Bundle from Stampin' Up! It's a fantastic set packed with coloring possibilities!

If you missed the Live session, no worries - the video replay is at the end of this post.

The first card we made was inspired by Erica Cerwin. I loved her version with its adorable wagon full of white and yellow flowers!

The second card was inspired by a card sketch on page 16 of the September-December Mini Catalog. Did you know Stampin' Up! catalogs include card sketches? They're amazing tools for sparking creativity!

The last card was a simple birthday card featuring the adorable balloon images from this bundle. I created these projects using the Delightfully Eclectic DSP, which coordinates beautifully with the playful colors!

Watch the video replay here!

Thank you so much for crafting along with me! I hope these projects spark ideas for using the Filled with Fun Bundle and Delightfully Eclectic DSP in your own creations. Whether you're coloring, layering, or exploring new sketches, there are endless ways to make each card your own.

Remember to catch the replay if you missed the Live session, and be sure to check out my calendar of events for upcoming classes. Happy crafting, and see you next time!

Happy Stamping!
