The card base starts with a simple Z-fold, but when you add those layered panels and a pop of pear in the center—chef’s kiss! I used the Perfectly Pears bundle to stamp and die-cut that juicy little pear, blending inks right on the stamp for a hand-painted look. I tucked in some leafy die cuts and a little lattice accent to give it that layered feel I love.
The sentiment, “A good friend is a gift,” was just right for this card. It’s sweet and simple—and so true. I finished everything off with a linen thread bow and just a touch of sparkle (because you know I can’t help myself).
If you missed the live class, don't worry—you can catch the full replay right here. I walk you through how to score, fold, layer, and build the card step-by-step.
You can fast forward to the 40:00 mark to catch the full tutorial for this one.
And don’t forget—if you place a $50+ order in my online store by Sunday, I’ll send you this week’s class kit to go absolutely free! You’ll get all the pieces to make this card (plus the other three from the series), pre-cut and ready to assemble—just add your stamps and ink.
Thanks for crafting with me this week—I hope you had as much fun with this bundle as I did!
