Hello Perfectly Pears - Virtual Class Card No. 1

Hi friend! We’re kicking off this Thursday’s virtual card class with a quick and easy card that’s packed with color and texture—and yep, it all starts with the Perfectly Pears Bundle and that gorgeous Painterly Pears DSP!

I started with a Basic Beige card base and layered three coordinating pieces of Designer Series Paper right on top. I love mixing patterns like this—it adds so much interest without needing a ton of extra steps.

The real magic is in the die cuts—because guess what? I didn’t stamp or color those pears and flowers. I die-cut them straight from the DSP using the coordinating dies from the bundle. Seriously... how easy is that?! And it looks amazing.

I stamped a simple “hello” on the smaller label die using Secret Sea ink, then tucked it in with the pears and flowers using Stampin’ Dimensionals for a little pop. A double linen thread bow and a few low-profile sparkle dots finished off the front perfectly.

Inside, I added a Basic White layer so there’s plenty of room to write a sweet note to a friend—or just leave it blank for later.

MEASUREMENTS:

Card base: 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored at 4-1/4"

Cardstock layer: 4-1/8" x 5-3/8"

DSP layer: 4" x 5-1/4"

DSP strips: 1-1/4" x 5-1/4" & 1-1/4" x 4"

Inside layer: 4" x 5-1/4"

Sentiment label: 3/8" x 1"
