We’re kicking off this week’s Coffee & Cards with a gorgeous thank-you card that really lets the Designer Series Paper shine! I used the Perfectly Pears bundle for this one, and let me tell you—it’s a perfect mix of simple, elegant, and just a little bit fancy.
Miss the live class? No worries! You can watch the full replay right here and follow along at your own pace. I walk you through each step so you can create this card with confidence—even if you're crafting in your PJs!
You can fast forward to the 16:00 mark to catch the full tutorial for this one.
You’ll find the measurements and supply links for this card at the bottom of the post.
I started with a Basic Beige card base and embossed an extra layer of Basic Beige using the Eyelet embossing folder. That texture is just so pretty and adds a soft, stitched look that really pulls everything together. I adhered that layer to the card front with Stampin' Seal—super easy!
Next up: those arches. I used the Everyday Details dies to cut two arches—one from Secret Sea cardstock and the other from the Painterly Pears DSP. This paper is stunning on its own, so I really wanted it to be the star of the show. I adhered the Secret Sea arch flat with liquid glue, then popped the DSP arch up on Stampin’ Dimensionals for a little depth.
The sentiment is stamped in Secret Sea ink on a die-cut label from the Perfectly Pears dies. I layered it on with a bit of liquid glue on one end and a Mini Dimensional on the other to balance over the arches.
