BLESSED BEGINNINGS | LOVELY BLOSSOM BLESSINGS

Saturday, April 4, 2026

Hi friends! I’m so glad you’re here! Today’s project was created during my Weekly Card Class featuring the Blessed Beginnings Bundle. If you haven’t joined me live yet, come say hi next time! I go live every Thursday at 3:00 PM CT over on my YouTube channel. Be sure to subscribe and click the bell so you’re notified when I go live.

You’ll find the full supply list and links to the products I used below, along with the replay of this week’s live class, so you can follow along and create your own.

This project is just so pretty… I love the soft colors and that sweet little scene; it all comes together so beautifully for Easter.

I started with a Cloud Cover card base and layered on two pieces of Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper. That mix of patterns adds interest without taking away from the focal point.

For the main image, I used the Everyday Arches dies to cut an arch from Basic White cardstock. I stamped the “Blessings” sentiment at the top using Secret Sea ink, then softly blended Cloud Cover ink in the center of the arch for a subtle sky effect.

On a scrap piece of Basic White cardstock, I stamped the tree, hedge, and church images in Memento Black ink. I colored the tree and hedge with Pecan Pie and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends.

For the church, I used Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends to color the steeple and roof, and to add definition to the outline. I stamped the cross with Pecan Pie ink, then used Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends for the door and windows. The steps and bricks were colored with Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends.

After coloring, I used the coordinating dies to cut out all the images.

To build the scene, I stamped the grounding image at the bottom left of the arch using Crumb Cake ink. I added the tree just above it with Stampin’ Dimensionals, then popped the church up to the right of the tree. A little trick here: I placed a Mini Stampin’ Dimensional between the tree and the church and attached the hedge to it. This helps position the hedge perfectly in the scene.

I used the Light Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends to add shading underneath the entire focal image, which really helps anchor everything.

For the clouds, I colored a scrap piece of Basic White cardstock with Cloud Cover Stampin’ Blends, then die-cut the cloud shapes. I tucked them behind the church and the tree using liquid adhesive. This is such a soft detail, but it adds so much.

Once everything was finished, I popped the entire arch up on the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

On the inside, I added a strip of Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper to the bottom of a piece of Basic White cardstock and layered it in, creating a clean space to write your message.

To finish things off, I scattered a few 2025–2027 In Color Flat Pearls across the front for just the right amount of shine.

Thank you so much for stopping by! Be sure to check back tomorrow for the last project we created this week, a center-step fun-fold card. I can’t wait to share it with you. Have a safe and blessed Easter.
