I love the scalloped elements in this bundle, and isn't the paper just gorgeous?

This card was inspired by a sample I spotted on the Stampin’ Up! website, but of course, I changed a few things to make it my own. I like to think of paper crafting a lot like a recipe someone shares with you—you start with the basic idea, then add a little of this, change a little of that, and before you know it, you’ve made it your own!

A big thank you to my friend Debra Harrison for the inspiration for this card! I love the sparkle the Silver Striped Specialty Paper adds, and the blending technique on the flowers gives it that little extra WOW!
