Card #3—Cookies in a Jar & a Whole lot of Cozy

We’re keeping the sweet vibes going with Card #3 in this week’s Sweet Jar Class Kit to Go, and this one is packed with comfort. Soft layers, warm neutrals, and—yes—cookies in a jar make this design perfect for sending a little homemade love. 🍪

The Sweet Jar Bundle shines once again, but this time I went with a softer, more neutral look using Crumb Cake cardstock and Floral Impressions DSP. The Plaid Embossing Folder adds a subtle texture that reminds me of a cozy kitchen towel (just right for a cookie-themed card, right?). A touch of Linen Thread and a few Flat Pearls complete the look with just enough detail.

Here’s the full card! That stamped jar filled with cookies is just the right mix of cute and cozy, and it really pops against the embossed background.

Here’s a closer look at the layers—can you see the plaid texture? It’s a great backdrop for the warm browns and soft patterns from the DSP.

Card #2—Sweet Jar Bundle Z-Fold

Let’s talk about cookies. Or more specifically... a jar full of cookies—on a birthday card! Yes, that’s exactly what we created for Card Two in this week’s Coffee & a Card class, and I’m still smiling over how cute it turned out.

I used the Sweet Jar Bundle paired with the soft patterns in the Floral Impression Designer Series Paper to give this card a fresh, fun vibe. The jar of cookies swings open to reveal birthday candles and a sweet little message inside. It’s a fun little interactive surprise that’s perfect for celebrating someone special.

I also brought in the Stylish Shapes Dies (one of my go-tos!) to build the front window and accent layers. If you joined me live, you saw how easy it was to put together—and if you missed it, don’t worry! You can catch the full replay of Coffee & a Card right here

Want to see what else I’ve got planned with this bundle? Join me again this Friday at 1:00 PM for our Stamped in Ink Playdate—we’ll be making two more cards that are just as fun and full of personality. I’d love to stamp with you live!

And don’t forget—when you place a $50 order (before tax and shipping) in my online store this week, you’ll receive the class kit to go absolutely FREE. That means all the pre-cut supplies to make this card and three others using the Sweet Jar Bundle, ready for you to craft at home.

Card #1—Sending a Little Love - Sweet Jar Bundle

Sometimes, a card comes together and just makes you smile, and this one totally did that for me! I couldn’t wait to share it with you. I reached for the Sweet Jar Bundle from Stampin’ Up! and let the creativity flow. There’s just something about filling that jar with hearts that feels like bottling up a little love to send out into the world.

I started with a Strawberry Slush card base—such a bright, happy color! Then I added a Basic White layer that I embossed using the Mini Corrugated Embossing Folder. I love how that subtle texture adds so much interest without overpowering the design.

Next, I layered in bits of the Floral Impressions 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper . I wanted a pop of pattern behind that sweet jar! I cut the main square using the Stylish Shapes Dies and added my stamped jar full of hearts (how cute is that?!). A little Linen Thread tied in a bow added just the right touch of rustic charm, and I finished everything off with a sprinkle of those gorgeous 25-27 In-Color Flat Pearls.
