Florals in Bloom - Hello Card #2

Friday, June 6, 2025

Hello and welcome! today I'm sharing a bright and cheerful floral card that’s perfect for sending a quick “hello” to a friend. I used some of my favorite Stampin’ Up! products to pull this one together, including the Pretty Florals and Sweet Blooms Bundles, Florals in Bloom Designer Series Paper, Exposed Brick Embossing Folder, and those wonderfully versatile Stylish Shapes Dies. This combo of texture, color, and layers makes for a gorgeous finished card that’s simple to create.

You'll find the measurements and Live video replay at the end of this post!

To create the focal point, I stamped the flowers and sentiment using Strawberry Slush and Granny Apple Green ink. The background layer is embossed using the Exposed Brick folder, giving it just the right amount of texture without overpowering the design. I added two square die cuts using the Stylish Shapes dies and popped them up with dimensionals for a bit of depth. A few matching embellishments complete the look.
MEASUREMENTS:
Card Base (Strawberry Slush cardstock): 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", scored at 4-1/4"
Embossed Basic White Layer: 4" x 5-1/4"
Designer Series Paper Panels: 3" x 3-3/4" and 3-3/4" x 1"
